RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise noted below, Grail Sports will accept your return of unworn, undamaged, and unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase for the price paid in the original form of payment. Past the 30-day limit, a store credit will be offered for up to 60 days after the purchase date, provided the item is in unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number. Merchandise without proof of purchase, order number, email receipt, or shipping slip may not be returned. Please do not remove any merchandise tags until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Grail Sports reserves the right to reject returns upon inspection of merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in as-new condition with all original tags attached and in original packaging. We may reject the returned product if we determine there is damage to the product (e.g., tears, holes, staining). If returned merchandise is deemed unfit for return, you will be notified that the return has been rejected and you will be given the option to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense or we will discard the item.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must include a completed return authorization form. Return and exchange requests that are not accompanied by the appropriate paperwork will not be processed.

Carefully pack your item, including the tags, in the original condition, and include your email or shipping slip receipt.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of return shipping will be paid for by the purchaser unless the purchaser received damaged merchandise, or the purchaser was sent the wrong merchandise.

CREDIT FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Upon arrival of a returned item to Grail Sports, credit will be applied within five business days to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used. method (e.g., credit card) or store credit, and a notification will be sent to the email address indicated on the return authorization form included in the returned package. Depending on your credit card cycle, please allow 1-2 cycles for the credit to appear.

If an item being returned is a gift item being returned by the gift recipient, a store credit will be issued to the recipient and a notification will be sent to the email address indicated on the return authorization form included in the returned package. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
